Classes are run by Dance instructor Karen Jones who qualified with the I.D.T.A in 1997 and trained as a Zumba instructor in July 2007 .  Check the Calendar for our class shedule.

You will learn dance styles such as Salsa, Merengue, Mambo, Bachata, Cumbia, Reggaeton, Samba, Flamenco, and other styles like Bollywood. The music motivates you to get up and dance and you don’t even know that you are exercising. Before you know it the hour has passed and you long for more. It is a highly addictive, keep fit class that you will want to join more than once a week.  Who knew that keep fit could be this much fun.
